Service ManagerSupported Accommodation - Age 16+ Location: Macclesfield/Edgeley/Stockport Salary: £42,500Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Time Recruitment is supporting a well established group set up in 1995 supporting children to transition into independent living.The group support young people to feel safe, build confidence, and move towards independence with the right guidance around them. This is a service where standards matter, safeguarding is taken seriously, and staff are backed by a strong head office team so the manager can focus on running a great service. The role of Service Manager:As Service Manager, you will lead a 16 plus supported accommodation service and set the culture day to day. You will make sure the team is consistent, safeguarding is strong, and each young person has a clear plan that helps them move forward.This role suits someone who can balance care and control. Warm with young people, clear with staff, and confident with partners and compliance.
