The Role: As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the service department, ensuring high standards across customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and team development. Key responsibilities include: Leading and motivating service and workshop teams. Managing daily department operations. Driving customer satisfaction and retention. Monitoring KPIs, productivity, and financial performance. Ensuring efficient workshop processes. Managing customer escalations professionally. Supporting team development and performance improvement. Working closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
