This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, covering operational hours between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings. Later shifts and Saturday coverage are shared on a rota basis. This role leads and supports an area-based operational team in delivering a high-quality Responsive Repairs service. You will drive performance, ensure excellent customer outcomes, and maintain high standards of service delivery across the team. We currently operate a hybrid working model, combining office, site-based and home working. A works van will be provided for business use. As this role covers Portsmouth, Waterlooville and the surrounding areas, the successful candidate should be based within these locations or within a reasonable commuting distance to support operational requirements effectively.
