This role will be managing two projects and three staff:-Bedfordshire Community Navigators funded by the Bedfordshire Violence Exploitation Reduction Unit.-Advocacy contract in Oasis Secure School in Rochester, Kent remote management commissioned by Oasis Secure SchoolA key part of this role will be your ability to work in partnership across both projects.In Bedfordshire, you will be the main point of contact for referrals, and will sit on multi-agency panels across the area to identify suitable referrals, advocate for young people and promote safeguarding responses to young people and young adults who are affected by exploitation. You will line manage two community navigators providing them with support and guidance to ensure 1:1 interventions are trauma informed and safe.
