Your new company You will be joining a leading facilities management and maintenance provider, delivering essential services across a large, complex and highly regulated estate.The organisation provides a combination of planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and project work, with a strong emphasis on safety, customer service and continuous improvement.Your new role As Service Manager, you will take ownership of facilities management service delivery across a designated area, acting as a key point of contact for customers, site stakeholders, operational teams and supply chain partners.This is a varied operational FM role where you will oversee:Reactive repairs and planned maintenanceStatutory compliance activitiesMinor project and additional worksContractor and supply chain performanceHealth and safety and safe systems of workService performance and KPIsCAFM records and asset informationRisk, issue and performance managementYou will ensure contractors deliver works safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements, including ensuring appropriate RAMS, permits and compliance documentation are in place.You will also provide technical guidance to site teams and stakeholders, monitor statutory compliance and support the safe delivery of project works, including responsibilities relating to Temporary Works and CDM where applicable.A key part of the position will be building strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their operational ..... full job details .....
