Service Manager / Supported Living

aytime Healthcare are assisting a supported living organisation who are looking for a Service Manager to join their team in Rochdale, Mancheaster. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations in the absence of the Registered/Deputy Care Manager. Support with Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration and inspection processes. Manage and support the care team through regular supervisions, appraisals, and training. Conduct comprehensive assessments and create person-centred care plans and risk assessments. Develop rotas that reflect the needs of service users and staff availability What We re Looking For: Essential: Proven experience in a similar management role in the care sector. Background working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. A clear understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding and risk management. Desirable: Experience in service development and partnership working. Familiarity with CQC standards and inspections.
