Very experienced in Safeguarding - understanding risk and ability to manage crisis. Synopsis of duties:Management of all safe accommodation services in Hertfordshire (except for the by and for specialist refuge Kushi House). Management of: Senior Practitioners (CH, IH, Baldock and dispersed and resilience for Khushi). Administration Support Officer. Specialist Drugs and Alcohol Practitioner working with Partners to meet the needs of the clients. Physical and Mental Health IDVA who will provide the Tier 3 support to clients. Working in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies, ensuring that safety is kept central to multi-agency work and the response to domestic abuse. Management of in reach services providing activities and therapies to clients. Assessing and monitoring the quality-of-service delivery so clients receive safe and appropriate client led support and that their voice is evident throughout.
