Royal Voluntary Service has an opportunity available for a Service Manager to join our team. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a salary of £12.52 per hour (£22,861 FTE) About the Service Manager role: This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team providing Dementia Support Service within Oxfordshire.The Service Manager has the responsibility for the coordination of organising and facilitating the successful and safe provision of 3 weekly activity groups for people living with dementia and/or their carers, sourcing, arranging and delivering activities and refreshments. Two groups are currently based at the Cornhill Centre, Banbury with a 3rd new venue to be sourced and set up in North Oxfordshire. The role includes staff management, recruitment, training and support of volunteers, networking with key stakeholders, processing referrals, ensuring the service is delivered in line with funding agreements, and developing the service further with Royal Voluntary Service Vision and Core Values in order to achieve key performance targets. Hours: Working 20 hours a week across 3 days, including Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
