Service Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager working on Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution programme.This role will be to lead a team of delivery staff and support staff to ensure successful delivery of the CFO Evolution Activity Hubs contract to maximise the achievement of outcomes and deliver the performance expectations of commissioners. Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals; from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health, benefits, and debt. Location: Sheffield Salary: 36,000 - 42,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Ensure the successful delivery of team targets for commissioners. Maximise the placing and sustainment of participants into jobs or learning. Working closely with HMPP staff and stakeholders. Meet the recruitment and training needs of employers. Lead and support a team of delivery and support staff to drive high levels of contract performance. Responsibility for PandL account results including achievement of income targets, managing staff productivity, client spend and office costs. Development of local relationships to ensure a good range of provision to support participants. Delivery of high quality and compliant services to participants.
