With excellent transport links, including a local bus station, train station, and just a 10-minute walk from the town centre, The Lighthouse provides a supportive and nurturing environment where young people can thrive. What you''ll be doing As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, development, and day-to-day management of the residential children''s home. You will ensure that children receive outstanding care in a safe, nurturing environment, enabling them to make progress in all aspects of their lives. You will work closely with a highly supportive senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the service''s culture, achievements, and success. You will be expected to: Lead on the day-to-day operations of the children''s home Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children''s Home Regulations 2015 Create a positive, child-centred, trauma-informed and therapeutic culture within the home Lead, develop, and support the staff team Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children Ensure high-quality care plans, risk ..... full job details .....
