This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new area of the business, building and developing a nationwide network of third-party calibration and servicing partners while driving commercial growth.Key Responsibilities: - Build, develop and manage a network of third-party calibration and servicing partners across the UK and IrelandRecruit, onboard and support new engineering partners as the service offering expandsAct as the primary point of contact for partner engineers, developing strong long-term relationshipsCarry out on-site visits to assess partner performance, ensuring quality, compliance and standards are consistently maintainedSupport the rollout of new calibration and servicing disciplines through the company''s online platformWork closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and deliver the go-to-market strategy for the new department Contribute to pricing strategies, partner rate cards and margin management to ensure commercial successMonitor partner performance, lead times and capacity to ensure customer demand is metCollaborate with internal departments to continually improve delivery and customer satisfactionAbout You: - Previous experience in Service Management, Supplier Management or Partner Network DevelopmentStrong commercial awareness with ..... full job details .....
