This role is ideal for a Service Manager with a strong Agricultural/plant background , particularly within environments such as farming, ground equipment or similar sectors. The role will require you to look after a team of Agricutural engineers, scheduling work loads, mentoring and supporting for more complex breakdowns. You will also be very customer facing where you will be dealing with customers requirements, advising and upselling and dealing with any complaints and greviences. You will be based from thr Louth site and will be required to travel to customer sites regurlarly.
