This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the front-of-house team, oversee customer interactions, and ensure smooth operational flow within a busy automotive environment. The successful Customer Service Manager will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the overall efficiency of the repair process.
