      <description>Location: Southend-on-sea | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Service Manager - Outreach and Day Centre We are seeking an experienced and values led manager to lead frontline outreach and day centre services supporting people experiencing rough sleeping and multiple disadvantage. Overview Position: Service Manager - Outreach and Day Centre Salary: £34,000-£39,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Location: Southend-on-Sea Hours: 37 hours per week (including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and on call duties as required) Contract: Permanent Closing date: 28th May 2026 About the role This is a senior operational leadership role with overall responsibility for the delivery and development of outreach and day centre services. You will lead skilled teams to provide high quality, trauma informed, psychologically informed support to people experiencing rough sleeping, ensuring services are safe, effective and outcomes focused.
