The Role As Service Manager, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple supported living services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is always delivered. You will: Lead, coach and develop support teams. Ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements. Drive quality and continuous improvement across services. Promote independence and positive outcomes for service users. Manage staffing, recruitment, performance and training. Build strong relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders. Oversee service budgets and operational performance. About You To be successful, you''ll have: Previous management experience within Health and Social Care.
