This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support services while driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and commercial success.The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise, excellent leadership and customer relationship skills. Acting as a key link between customers, sales teams, and technical personnel, you will ensure outstanding service delivery while identifying opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities of this Service Manager role: Lead the day-to-day operations of the pump repair workshop and field service activities.Oversee pump strip-downs, inspections, machining, assembly, alignment, testing, and commissioning activities.Ensure all repair and service work is efficiently planned, scheduled, and completed within agreed timescales.Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship.Conduct technical assessments and approve repair scopes, quotations, and final technical reports.Manage tooling, workshop equipment, and inventory to ensure operational readiness.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop productivity and efficiency.Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry ..... full job details .....
