The role ensures reliability, safety, compliance, and availability through robust planned maintenance programmes and effective emergency breakdown response. The Service Manager leads the service function, managing Service Engineers to deliver consistent service standards across all contracts. The role also oversees service performance, reporting, and escalations, driving high levels of uptime, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Lead and supervise service Engineers and field technicians. Provide technical guidance and operational support. Manage training, performance, and development of the service team.
