Service ManagerPermanent Full Time Imphal Barracks 38,000 - 42,000 + BenefitsThe Role Our client is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across the Ministry of Defence estate at Imphal Barracks. This role is responsible for ensuring maintenance activities are delivered in accordance with statutory legislation, MoD mandatory requirements, and company Health, Safety and Environmental standards, while achieving performance, quality, and value for money objectives. You will work closely with operational teams, supply chain partners, and Defence stakeholders to ensure maintenance services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Alongside the day-to-day management of maintenance delivery, you will support the successful delivery of small Billable Works projects, provide technical guidance to stakeholders, and contribute to forward maintenance planning, ensuring the contract continues to operate safely, compliantly, and commercially.Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across the Defence estate, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and in line with contractual requirements.Ensure compliance with statutory legislation, MoD mandatory requirements, and Health, Safety and Environmental policies.Coordinate internal teams and supply chain partners, ensuring suitably qualified operatives are deployed ..... full job details .....
