Service Manager

We''re looking for a compassionate and resilient Service Manager to join our Domestic Abuse service located in Kent. No experience or personal care required, just the right values. £ 37,669.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week. 2 year fixed term contract. Look Ahead IDVA Managers provide a high-quality safe service to those at highest risk of domestic abuse. The post holder will be responsible for leading a team that keeps the safety of victims of domestic abuse at the core of all processes. You will have overall responsibility for all clients accessing the service. The post holder will have good knowledge of the criminal justice system and an understanding of Marac protocols. The manager will also raise awareness of male domestic abuse.
