Service Manager - Learning Disabilities - Supported Living

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Service Manager to oversee a number of Supported Living services across Bristol and South Gloucestershire with Milestones Trust. We are seeking a motivated and proactive leader to inspire, manage and support a dedicated team of Service Coordinators and Personal Assistants. Together, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to people living in a range of independent and shared living environments, empowering them to achieve their goals, maximise their independence and live fulfilling lives within their communities. Every person we support, and their service, is unique and we aim to work collaboratively with people to develop strategies to manage as much of their lives as possible by: Supporting with life skills to become as independent as possible To make the most of opportunities to have meaningful roles and relationships To live their best lives Previous experience of service management is desirable and the expectation you will be successful in a CQC registration in due course. You will be responsible for all aspects of your services, involved in assessment of prospective tenants, working with key stakeholders including local authorities, social work teams and primary and secondary healthcare teams in addition to building and fostering excellent relationships internally across Milestones Trust whilst achieving key objectives and financial stability for each service.
