This service supports individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and mobility challenges, helping them live as independently as possible in a safe and nurturing environment.What you''ll be doing: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of support staff, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent care and support. Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Oversee recruitment, training, and workforce development to maintain a skilled and motivated team. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, internal policies, and sector best practices. Build positive relationships with individuals, their families, and external professionals.
