What you'll be doing:
* Leading and inspiring a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

* Proven experience in managing social care services, particularly within learning disabilities or complex needs

* Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., Level 3 or equivalent)
