While we serve the Jewish community, we celebrate diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.Service Manager - The Role:As Service Manager, you will ensure the organisation delivers person-centred services to all members while building strong relationships with them, their families and the local community. You will supervise and manage a team of support workers, write care and support plans, manage rotas, and handle team management including annual leave, appraisals and performance management.
