Job Title: Service Manager Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 Hours: 40 per week plus additional hours during busy periods Role Overview My Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Manager with strong experience in the Agricultural Industry. Responsibilities:Liaise with customers to understand service requirements and ensure high levels of customer service.Organise and allocate workshop jobs to maximise efficiency, matching work to technician skill levels.Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and organised working environment.Check completed work for accuracy in parts and labour, ensuring correct and timely invoicing.Supervise and support technicians, assisting with training and development in coordination with management.Maintain professional relationships with John Deere and other manufacturers, ensuring procedures and standards are followed.Assist with hiring, training, and retaining skilled workshop staff.Benefits:Company pension scheme.Company vehicle.24 days holiday plus bank holidays.More great benefits. ..... full job details .....
