Service Manager - Housing First

Are you an experienced leader passionate about ending homelessness and helping people build sustainable, independent futures? We are looking for a motivated and inspiring Service Manager to lead our Housing First Service in Hackney. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a highly regarded service that supports people with histories of rough sleeping and multiple disadvantages to secure and sustain their own homes. Based at our Lansdowne Drive scheme, you will provide leadership and support to a team of three Housing First Workers, overseeing a service that supports up to 18 clients. Working within the principles of Housing First, you will ensure people receive flexible, person-centred support that enables them to achieve their goals and live independently. What you''ll be doing As Service Manager, you will play a key role in both the operational delivery and future development of the service. You will: Lead, motivate and develop a team of Housing First Workers, creating a positive and high-performing service culture. Ensure the service consistently delivers high-quality, person-centred support aligned with Housing First principles. Drive service performance, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring positive outcomes for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, partner agencies, housing providers, and other key stakeholders.
