Oban, with travel to Mull and surrounding area Full time - job share welcomed Closing date 19th October 2026 Home-Start Lorn is looking for a passionate Service Manager to lead our fantastic team and take the charity into its next chapter. You''ll run day-to-day operations, grow our income, and work closely with our Board, staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality, family-centered support across Oban, Mull and the surrounding area. We''re a growing, community-rooted charity with a proven track record. We support parents/carers with children under 5 via a number of routes, whether via 1-1 professional support, 1-1 volunteer support or through our family support groups. The Service Manager leads Home-Start Lorn''s day-to-day operations and strategic direction, working closely with the Board of Trustees.
