Description

  • Manage and oversee daily home care operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with care regulations and organisational policies at all times.
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective service delivery.

Profile
