Service Manager

Sounds great, what will I be doing? We are looking for an inspiring and experienced leader to manage and develop a high-performing service that delivers person-centred, outcome-focused support. You will lead, motivate and support a dedicated team, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with relevant legislation, safeguarding requirements and Hestia policies. Building strong relationships with colleagues, partners and service users, you will champion equality, inclusion and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of performance, compliance and record-keeping. You will also be responsible for overseeing resources, including recruitment, budget management and service performance, while fostering a positive culture that promotes wellbeing, resilience and professional development across the team.
