Responsibilities of the Service Manager: Support offenders transitioning from custody into the community, promoting successful rehabilitation and resettlement. Monitor and support residents within Approved Premises, ensuring their wellbeing, compliance with licence conditions and the safety of themselves and others. Conduct regular inspections, monitor resident behaviour and build positive relationships, working closely with colleagues and external agencies. Contribute to public protection by ensuring residents comply with their licence conditions, providing support to staff and assisting with out-of-hours duties when required.
