Commercial Service Manager/ Manager of Service Quotes - AOV, Fire Damper, Smoke Control

• Area: South East (Flexible on location (Manchester, Midlands, Home Counties etc - if Commutable to London or South East as needed to Quote/ Survey, etc)
• Salary: Up to £60000 + Bonus''s + Benefits + Car/ Travel + Progression
• Requirements - Smoke Control, AOV/ Mechanical Smoke Vent experience
• (We also have hands on Service Engineering, Supervisor and Director roles)

The Role

A leading Smoke Control, Fire Damper service provider is seeking a Commercial Service Manager to convert technical findings and reports into remedial works, upgrades and make the most of opportunities across AOV systems, smoke control panels and motorised fire dampers.

Scope works, prepare quotes, support operations, and act as a trusted technical advisor for service works, upgrades, and improvements to smoke control systems

Key Responsibilities - 

• Turn surveys and engineer reports into scoped works and quotations
• Price AOV, Fire Damper, and smoke control upgrades, and replacements
• Work closely with operations to ensure solutions are deliverable
• Support technical troubleshooting
• Build strong customer relationships and identify cross sell opportunities

What You Need

• Strong technical knowledge of AOV/ smoke control/ Fire Dampers systems
• Experience quoting and delivering remedial projects/ service upgrades, maintenance sales, maintenance contracts, small works
• Commercial awareness and confidence with customers
• Be from the Smoke Control, AOV/ Mechanical Smoke Vent Fire systems space with experience of the systems and products as a Sales Manager, Technical Account Manager, Fire systems Technical Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Fire Service Manager, Service sales, Technical Service Manager, Engineering manager or similar role within UK AOV/ Smoke Control/ Fire Damper company
