Service Manager

Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Engineering Manager is required to join a world-leading HVAC Solutions provider.

This Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Engineering Manager will lead and manage a team of service engineers and admin staff, coordinate schedules, planned maintenance, emergency call-outs, along with ensuring EHS protocols are met within HVAC service space, either smoke ventilation, M&E Building Services or facilities management.

The Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Engineering Manager is required to have service management experience within smoke ventilation, M&E Building Services or facilities management sectors.

• Responsible for leading and managing a team of service engineers and admin staff
• Coordinate schedules, planned maintenance, emergency call-outs, along with ensuring EHS protocols are met within HVAC service space, either smoke ventilation, M&E Building Services or facilities management.
• Manage internal workflows, documentation and reporting systems
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews and training initiatives
• Able to commute to the office in Cardiff

• Experience as a Service Manager, Service Operations Manager, -Field Service Manager, Engineering Manager, Service Leader, Service Support Manager, Service Centre Manager, Operations Support Manager, Technical Service Manager or similar within smoke ventilation, M&E Building Services or facilities management sectors.
• Experience managing Field Service Engineers and / or managing operations within engineering
• Experience in service management within engineering and a deep understanding of engineering principles and service operations to lead the service department
• Familiarity with M&E Building Services, facilities management or smoke ventilation sectors
• Able to commute to the office in Cardiff
