Aftersales Customer Service Manager
Salary -40K45K + -4,800 car allowance, 37.5 hours per week, pension, 25 days holiday
To manage aftersales service and spare parts supply for this machinery manufacturer. A customer service-based role, involves visiting customers, account management, and arranging service visits for engineers.
The role
- A non-technical role providing high-level, proactive customer service for the supply of spare parts and service & maintenance visits.
- Typically office based with occasional customer visits
- Customer relationship and account management, proactively maintaining relationships with customers
- Visiting customers post sale of machinery solutions
- Quotes & followup
- Ensuring spare parts are delivered on time
- Working with Head of Engineering to enure service visits are scheduled timely.
Flexible hours 0800 or 0830 start, 1600 or 1630 finish, early finish Friday. 1 day per week from home.

Requirements
- A background in aftersales service / spare parts in an engineering or machinery company, ideally.
- Customer service and account management experience
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Likely to have experience as; aftersales manager, service manager, service supervisor, service coordinator, customer service manager, spares manager, account manager or similar
