About the Company:
We are a leading provider of care and support services for individuals with learning disabilities in Weston-super-Mare. Our organization is committed to providing high-quality care and support to help our service users lead fulfilling and independent lives. We are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our service users.Lead and motivate a team of support staff to ensure they are providing person-centered care and support to our service users.Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.Ensure that all service users' care plans are up to date and regularly reviewed to meet their changing needs.Monitor and manage the service's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.Maintain accurate records and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed in line with regulatory requirements.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Manager or a similar role within the care sector.Knowledge and understanding of learning disabilities and complex needs.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in budget management and financial planning.NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.Full UK driving license.Benefits:
