This role manages service teams, coordinates schedules, maintains high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensures compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.The successful candidate must have previous experience within the plant, heavy plant, construction machinery, or heavy equipment sector, with a strong understanding of service and maintenance operations relating to large construction machinery.Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations ManagementPlan, organise, and supervise all service, repair, and maintenance activities for heavy plant and construction equipment.Coordinate service schedules, workforce allocation, and resource planning to maximise efficiency.Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure timely completion of service requests, warranty work, and maintenance contracts.Oversee the effective management of workshop and field service activities.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop service technicians, supervisors, and support staff.Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development opportunities.Foster a culture of safety, accountability, ..... full job details .....
