Working within a hybrid model that blends office, on-site and home working, you''ll have the autonomy to lead your team while keeping service quality at the heart of everything you do.What You''ll Be Doing • Leading, managing and developing an operational repairs team to deliver an excellent, customer-focused responsive repairs service • Applying up-to-date knowledge of building construction, maintenance, repairs and safety legislation • Managing and performance managing operatives to achieve the highest standards • Overseeing sub-contractor management and delivery • Using repairs management information systems to monitor performance and drive service improvement • Staying ahead of housing sector best practice and relevant legislationWhat We''re Looking ForEssential: • Hands-on trade experience, supported by relevant NVQ or City and Guilds qualifications • Proven experience of managing, leading and developing operational teams • ..... full job details .....
