What you''ll be doing: Lead and oversee the day to day running of 3 supported living services across Liverpool including one new one which will be opening this year, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Support and supervise care staff, fostering a positive team culture and professional growth. Develop personalised support plans that focus on individual needs and preferences.
