If so we're seeking a skilled Service Manager to join their supported living service in Blackpool. The role: To oversee the leadership and management of a small 8 bedded supported living service for adults with mental health issues and complex needs. Provide strong leadership to support teams, including managing supervisions, coaching and mentoring your team to ensure outcomes and objectives are met. Plan, manage and co-ordinate daily tasks and complete assessments, support plans and any risk assessments. Risk management and oversee medication audits. Maintain accurate records, report writing and attending meetings. Liaise with all colleagues and professionals. Promote a positive culture that values dignity, respect, and safeguarding at all times.
