Service Manager - Adults Mental health service.Permanent, full time. Based Crewe.Are you seeking a new challenge and opportunity to lead a service for adults with complex mental health issues, within a supported living setting? Do you have the leadership and management skills to be able to effectively lead a team and help to provide positive outcomes for people with mental health? The role:To oversee and lead a team providing support to adults with complex mental health issues within a supported living service for 22 people, together with overseeing the crisis cafe. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies and ensure that all compliance is adhered to.Lead and motivate a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with the people needing support and their families, plus liaising effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners and be able to complete assessments. Promote a positive organisational culture focused on continuous improvement and staff well-being. Ensure that objectives are met along with the outcomes for the people being supported.
