Service Lead - Young PeopleLOCATION:Hybrid/Office Based (with travel across services)SALARY: £60k-£66kDURATION:Temporary contract with scope to go permanent HOURS: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week As Service Lead - Young People, you''ll play a pivotal role in leading and developing high-quality supported housing services for young people across multiple locations, in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Combining strategic leadership with operational excellence, you''ll drive service improvement, deliver positive outcomes for customers, and ensure services are safe, effective and fully compliant with regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards where applicable. You''ll use data, customer insight and performance information to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, enhance service quality, and maximise value for money. Working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners, you''ll help create consistent, customer-focused services that reflect best practice and respond to the changing needs of young people.
