Role: Service Lead – Sefton
Location of role: Office based at one of the homes and hybrid
Rate of Pay: £60,149.44 - £63,454.56 (depending on experience)
Role Description:
We are recruiting for a passionate and dynamic Service Lead to join our team within Sefton Adult Services, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs across supported living properties and a registered care home. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing high-quality, person-centred care that empowers individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.
As the Registered Manager for the care home supporting adults with mental health needs, the Service Lead will ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment that promotes recovery, wellbeing, and dignity.
Experience & Skills:
The Service Lead will also be a vital part of Nugent’s Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the Executive Director of Adults to deliver on the strategic objectives set out in Nugent’s wider organisational plan.
You will play a crucial role in shaping and driving forward service improvements, embedding a culture of excellence, and ensuring we meet the evolving needs of the people we support.

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week
