Service Lead

We are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Cambridge who are looking for a Service Lead to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position, 5 days onsite.Key responsibilities will include:Proactively managing technical service delivery, working with customers, partners, and internal teamsLeading service review activities, including improvement planning and performance reportingSupporting delivery against agreed SLAsLeading initiatives for the ongoing improvements of customer service frameworksSupporting the operations team to develop SaaS based service modules for the product portfolioEnsuring successful service onboardingWorking in partnership with customers and internal teams to understand technical implementationsThe successful candidate will have:Experience in a technical service delivery role working in a product development organisationExperience in technical service delivery in a B2B environmentMethodical approach to problem solvingExperience working for a SaaS-based companyExperience working within software/hardware product development lifecycleAbility to build strong relationships with customers and colleaguesAbility to meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication skillsService or project management qualifications (desirable)If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Jamie ASAP or apply via this advert!We endeavour to reply to every candidate, every time but if you haven''t heard back within 10 days, please ..... full job details .....
