Service Integration Manager VP - Cyber

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take ownership for the first line service management framework for Cyber Services across the organisation. You''ll have responsibility for end-to-end service integration, international service reporting, service catalogue management, SLA and KPI governance, service-performance controls and continual improvement. You''ll coordinate Cyber teams, regional technology teams, and 3rd party suppliers to provide a consistent, controlled and evidence-based view of Cyber service performance across supported regions and entities. This is a newly created and high visibility role in a great company. A brilliant opportunity! The following skills/experience is essential: Strong IT Service Management/Service Integration background. Strong experience supporting Cyber or security services. Worked in a complex, multi-supplier environment. Experience coordinating complex incidents, problems, dependencies and continual improvement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
