Our client, a well-established Social Housing provider, is seeking an Interim Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical service improvement programme following the receipt of a C4 Regulatory Notice.
A strategic consultancy is already engaged to define the high-level improvement plan. What''s needed now is a strong delivery-focused Project Manager - someone with a proven track record of translating strategy into action, ensuring measurable progress across all areas of the consumer standards.
The successful candidate will drive implementation of the improvement actions required, with a particular focus on tenant experience, property standards, tenancy management, neighbourhood services, and complaints handling.
You''ll be responsible for leading delivery workstreams, managing timelines and risks, reporting on progress, and engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and can drive momentum in a complex operational setting.
Requirements:
Significant experience in project delivery within social housing, particularly across service improvement and transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including response to C4 notices and the consumer standards
Demonstrated ability to turn strategic recommendations into actionable plans
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience in managing multiple workstreams and ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints
Comfortable working autonomously and navigating operational complexity
Contract details:
12-month interim assignment
Outside IR35
Flexible working available: 3, 4 or 5 days per week
Hybrid working: 2 days per week on site (West Sussex), remainder remote
