This Service Improvement Lead role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, improving customer journeys, and driving meaningful service improvements within complex environments.  The Service Improvement Lead will support operational recovery and stabilisation following the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
