The Service team at Ultra Intelligence and Communications C2I is looking for a Service Engineer. In this role you will provide a high level of service to customers for their equipment supplied by Ultra. This includes installation and commissioning and also maintenance, testing and repairs. Key Responsibilities: Complete scheduled maintenance on Ultra systems in accordance with current maintenance routines. Fault diagnosis and repair of Ultra supplied equipment in Aberdeen workshop and onshore/offshore at customer sites, ensuring all test procedures and site records are accurately updated. Join the Helpdesk rota submitting weekly status reports to customers. Join the on-call and standby Engineer rotas. Provide technical support and resolve faults on Ultra systems.
