The RoleAs a Field Service Engineer you will be working with industrial saws and various types of metal forming equipment which vary in size and application. You will visit customer premises to carry out both service and repair of equipment. We would expect the successful Field Service Engineer to be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain and service high quality products by utilising their skills and experience, be an excellent communicator and representative of the company. You will be supported one to one to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.Duties:To carry out service work on machinery within clients premisesDiagnose, fault find and complete maintenance work required (of both a mechanical and electrical nature).Installation of machinery.Work as a key member within the Service Engineering team and supporting other engineers when required.Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.Answer client inquiries and resolve ..... full job details .....
