Service EngineerLocation: Queenborough, KentWe are currently seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join a busy workshop team in Queenborough, Kent.The role will be predominantly workshop-based, with occasional travel to customer sites and field locations. You will be responsible for the inspection, repair, overhaul, maintenance and servicing of a range of marine and industrial driveline equipment, including transmissions, torque converters, axles and associated components.This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded engineer to develop their experience within a specialist engineering environment, working on a diverse range of equipment and applications.Key Responsibilities of Service EngineerStrip, inspect, diagnose and repair customer equipment within the workshop.Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs at customer premises and other external sites when required.Work on a variety of marine and off-highway driveline systems and components.Identify faults and complete repairs to a high standard.Use appropriate measuring and diagnostic equipment.Complete job sheets, service reports and other relevant documentation accurately.Follow all company health and safety procedures and engineering standards.Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.Work closely with colleagues, supervisors and customers to ensure work is completed efficiently.Undertake any other reasonable duties associated with the role.Skills and Experience of Service EngineerA ..... full job details .....
