Complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements for site service work. Take responsibility for paperwork such as lifting plans, permits to work and point of work risk assessments. Represent the Company and communicate effectively with Clients before, during and after the Site Work. Plan and prepare the tools and materials needed to do the job in a timely manner. Take responsibility for ensuring the work is performed to a high standard and on time including activities such as Vibration Monitoring, Impeller Balancing, Internal Inspections (Confined Spaces), Crack Detection / Inspection, Laser Alignment, Bearing, Shaft and Impeller Changes, Motor Changes, and Seal Inspections and Changes. Complete and submit site reports using the online reporting system. Complete and submit Time Sheets. Prepare information for invoicing. Workshop refurbishments of fans and pumps (in house).
