You will work closely with production teams, mentor junior engineers and play an active role in improving equipment performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair machinery faults efficiently and effectively. Drive improvements in machine performance, reliability and OEE. Lead and support engineering projects from concept through to implementation. Assist with quality improvement initiatives and root cause investigations. Maintain engineering documentation and support ISO-compliant processes. Manage engineering stores and control equipment expenditure. Mentor junior team members and support operator development. Promote continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and 5S activities. Requirements Essential HNC, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent engineering qualification. GCSE Maths and English.
