This role is crucial for ensuring the safe execution of service-related projects, including servicing, upgrades, and life extension of switchgear and ancillary equipment.You will represent the business across various customer sites in the UK and potentially overseas, embodying our commitment to customer care and continuous improvement.Day-to-Day of the Role:Lead installation and commissioning activities within assigned projects.Provide technical support and advice to existing customers, addressing enquiries and promoting future service offerings.Prepare for mobilisation with project-specific risk assessments and method statements.Promote and participate in proactive health and safety practices at customer premises.Perform service-related tasks safely, including switchgear service and maintenance, upgrades, protection relay testing, and breakdown repairs.Engage in necessary training as identified by the company to enhance safety, competence, and task performance.Ensure timely submission of reports and management of expenses.Required Skills and Qualifications:Comfortable with regular travel and potential offshore work (Monday-Friday).Excellent verbal and written communication ..... full job details .....
